You do. It stays registered in your name, in your own account with your registrar. We point it at your site.
Give us 30 days’ notice and we hand over your site’s files within 14 days, ready for any host.
Most clients simply send their changes to us: up to 30 minutes of edits each month is part of care. If you update something often, such as a menu or a price list, ask us about a private page for doing it yourself.
No, on purpose. We recommend Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, so your email never depends on your website or on us.
Yes. We use Stripe Checkout, so card numbers never touch our servers; it is how A Pumpkin Story takes its orders. Payments are quoted as part of your build.
Either in full when you sign, which makes your first month of care free, or in two halves: one when you sign, and the other at launch or 30 days after we deliver the site for your review, whichever comes first.
